Mădălin Luca's new album "Sad Stories" contains seven musical stories, which, as the musician tells us, "speak about me, about what I feel, about love, sadness, loneliness, happiness, suffering, about life".

"Sad Stories" is unique to Mădălin Luca, because each story "told" through the pan flute and electronic instruments and recorded spontaneously, will no longer be reproduced in concerts, the CD being the witness and keeper of a creative moment, of musical expression, not restricted by musical rules or styles. The seven musical stories that make up the album "Sad Stories" are not clearly defined songs as listeners are used to be (with verse and chorus or part A and B, etc.), being created in an inspirational flow, in which Mădălin Luca expresses himself, regardless of the musical rules that can sometimes hinder your creativity. This album is a slice of life, a combination of unique moments, and what remains is the audio recording of the moment.

“Sad Stories” has seven musical parts, not at all coincidental as Mădălin Luca tells us “My name is made up of seven letters and being a CD in which I express myself through music, I created seven stories, each story having its root in a the letter of my name. ”The figure seven is a figure loaded with meanings, seven indicates the meaning of a change, is the number of the ending and the cyclical renewal, seven notes of the diatonic scale, seven colors of the rainbow, seven days of the week, etc.
